This License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("Licensee") and mirage.supply (operating as Mirage Supply) ("Licensor"), governing your use of AI-generated gradients and design assets ("Assets") provided through mirage.supply (the "Site").
If you hold a valid license from Mirage Supply, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to:
Use, copy, modify, and incorporate the Assets into personal or commercial projects, including websites, apps, products, and marketing materials.
You may not:
Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise make the Assets available as a standalone product or part of a competing asset library or bundle.
Use the Assets in any way that implies endorsement by Mirage Supply or its creators.
Use the Assets in any unlawful, offensive, or misleading manner.
All rights, title, and interest in the Assets remain with Mirage Supply. You are purchasing a license to use the Assets—not ownership of the Assets themselves.
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you breach any of the terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Assets.
The Assets are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Mirage Supply be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Assets.
Mirage Supply may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Assets after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
By using or downloading any Assets from this site, you agree to be bound by this License Agreement.
